By accessing our portal, checking eligibility for government support schemes, ordering custom plans, or purchasing ready-made business templates (DPRs), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. If you disagree, please do not utilize our digital tools.

1. Eligibility & Demographics Accuracy

Our platform includes simulated analytical diagnostic matching engines (such as our AI support schemes classifier). These tools estimate compatibility based strictly on the parameters you enter. You agree that:

• You will provide accurate age, social category, mandate location, and investment configurations.
• Falsifying criteria details to trigger higher matching scores is strictly forbidden.
• Schemes prequalification estimates on the Platform do not constitute final approval by government agencies or banks.

2. Purchases of Ready-Made DPR Templates

We provide professionally formulated, standard bankable business plans (DPRs) to support your credit-linked applications under state and central programs. Please note:

• Templates are provided in digital PDF and Word formats. Purchased templates are unlocked instantly for download in your dashboard console.
• DPR templates provide financial projections configured with standard industrial cost averages. These templates serve as a foundation and should be reviewed against your local district variables.
• Since files are instantly downloaded upon payment approval, all DPR store template purchases are non-refundable.

3. Customized DPR Ordering & Consultants

When you request a bespoke custom business plan:

• Our administrative desk assigns a verified third-party business consultant to draft your specific Chapters.
• You are required to submit accurate Aadhaar, PAN, and business feasibility data. Custom estimates are processed only after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times depend on the scale of project investments. Express service guarantees faster completion schedules but is subject to consultant availability.

4. Intellectual Property

All software logic, SVG dynamic graphic gauges, Chart.js integrations, layout frameworks, and downloaded business plan structures are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to utilize downloaded plans for your business credit applications. Reselling or distributing templates under alternative marketplaces is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sri Yojana Services operates as a simplified diagnostic support gateway. We are not a bank, loan provider, or government ministry. We do not guarantee loan sanctions, subsidies releases, or business profitability. We are not liable for business investment losses resulting from templates projections.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted dynamically on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new guidelines.
