Policy Overview

Sri Yojana Services provides digital assets (pre-formatted business plan templates/DPRs) and business consulting solutions. Because our ready-made templates are delivered instantly via in-browser download links upon successful payment verification, standard cancellation protocols are structured around digital distribution guidelines. Please read through our policies below before initiating transactions.

1. Ready-Made Business Plans (DPR Catalog)

Due to the instantly downloadable and non-returnable nature of digital files, all sales of ready-made business plan templates from our marketplace store are considered **final and non-refundable** once the payment gateway completes the transaction and unlocks the download stream.

EXCEPTIONS GRID: We will issue a full refund or a product replacement credit immediately if:
  • You experienced double-billing/multiple charges on the identical invoice ID due to network gateway timeouts.
  • The downloaded PDF file contains severe structural corruption that prevents loading in standard readers, and our support team is unable to supply a working mirror file within 48 hours of log filing.
2. Custom DPR & Advisory Services

Cancellations for customized detailed project reports are modeled around consultancy milestones:

  • Before Consultant Assignment: If you request cancellation within 12 hours of payment and before a dedicated business consultant is assigned to draft your project, a **100% full refund** is processed.
  • During Drafting Phase: If cancellation is requested after research and dynamic models configuration have commenced, a **50% pro-rata refund** is offered to cover consultant operational hours.
  • After Delivery: Once the custom DPR draft is finalized and delivered to your portal, no refunds are authorized. However, you are entitled to up to **three free revisions rounds** to adjust parameters.
3. Web Development & Digital Marketing Solutions

Service contracts for technology setups and local SEO packages adhere to these terms:

  • Web Development: Project setup deposits are non-refundable once site wireframes and database configurations commence. Further milestones payments are bound to explicit review approvals.
  • Digital Marketing / PPC: Setup fees are non-refundable once advertising campaigns are activated. Monthly management retainers can be cancelled anytime with a **30-day written notice**, terminating further billing cycles with zero penalties.
4. How to File a Refund Claim

To register a transaction correction claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to refunds@sriyojana.in with your billing transaction ID, invoice UUID, and registered email address.
  2. Provide a brief description of the billing error or dynamic file download glitch (including screenshots of any browser alerts if applicable).
  3. Our accounts team will verify the gateway ledger logs and respond inside 48 business hours. Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original source payment method (UPI, Card, NetBanking) inside 5 to 7 bank working days.
