<p>AP CMEP (Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister's Employment Programme) is a credit-linked back-ended subsidy programme designed to support enterprises in the manufacturing and knowledge sectors across Andhra Pradesh. The scheme has a budget outlay of ₹300 crores and aims to support around 3,500 enterprises, generating employment opportunities for nearly 17,500 personnel while promoting entrepreneurship, industrial growth, and economic development in the state.</p>

Application Workflow Process

Applicants must be 18 years and above

Applicable for enterprises in the Manufacturing and Knowledge Economy sectors

Educational qualification should be above 8th standard for manufacturing projects costing above ₹10 Lakhs

Degree qualification is mandatory for projects under the knowledge economy sector

Eligible applicants include Individuals, Self Help Groups (SHGs), and Proprietary Concerns

Complete the online application form with required details

Upload Documents

Upload required documents including project report, Aadhaar, bank details

Processing

Application is processed through KVIC/KVIB/DIC and financing bank

Bank Sanction

After approval, bank sanctions loan and subsidy is released

No. Government support programs are strictly intended for setting up **new** micro enterprises and commercial expansions. Existing units availing of other programs are not eligible.

The program offers margin capital subsidy. However, bank credit interest schedules will be charged at standard commercial base lending rates unless supplemented by state interest refund policies.

The Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) training course is mandatory for all subsidy releases and takes around 5 to 10 days depending on the project investment scale.
