At Sri Yojana Services, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for our digital products and services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Important Note: Due to the digital nature of our products and services, refunds are granted only under specific circumstances as outlined in this policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

Readymade DPRs

Policy Statement

Readymade DPRs are digital products that can be downloaded immediately after purchase. Due to their digital nature, these products are generally non-refundable once downloaded.

Sample Preview

Before purchasing a readymade DPR, we strongly recommend reviewing the sample preview available on each product page. This allows you to assess the quality, format, and content of the DPR before making a purchase decision.

Sample Available: Every readymade DPR comes with a free sample preview. Please review it thoroughly before purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for readymade DPRs may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to download the file despite multiple attempts and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
  • File Corruption: If the downloaded file is corrupted and cannot be opened, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same DPR twice (proof required).

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after download
  • Unsuitability for your specific project (sample was available)
  • Format or compatibility issues (PDF is standard format)
  • Bank rejection of loan (DPR is a guide, not a guarantee)

Customized DPRs

Policy Statement

Customized DPRs are prepared specifically for your project based on the information you provide. Because these are personalized services, different refund rules apply.

Cancellation Window

Within 24 Hours of Payment

Full Refund (100%) - If work has not commenced. You will receive a complete refund of the amount paid.

After Work Has Commenced

No Refund - Once our team begins working on your customized DPR, no refunds are possible as the work is tailored specifically for you.

Delivery Delays

Partial Refund (25-50%) - If we fail to deliver within the committed timeline (7 business days for standard projects), you may be eligible for a partial refund.

Quality Issues

If you believe the delivered DPR does not meet the requirements you specified, we offer:

  • Free Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions to address your concerns
  • Partial Refund: If revisions cannot resolve the issues (assessed on case-by-case basis)
  • Full Refund: Only if we fail to deliver any work after 15 days of payment

Important: Customized DPR work begins within 24 hours of receiving all required information from you. Please ensure all details are accurate before confirming.

Consultancy Services

Policy Statement

Our consultancy services include loan guidance, scheme advisory, and business consultations. These are time-based services and have specific refund rules.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation 48+ hours before session: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • Cancellation 24-48 hours before session: 50% refund or rescheduling with fee
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours: No refund, but can reschedule with 25% fee
  • No-show: No refund, session forfeited

Service Credits

Instead of cash refunds, we offer service credits for:

  • Future consultancy sessions (valid for 6 months)
  • Discounts on DPR purchases
  • Upgraded service packages

Cancellation Process

How to Request a Cancellation

  1. Email Us: Send a cancellation request to refunds@sriyojanaservices.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  2. Include Details: Provide your name, order number, date of purchase, and specific reason for cancellation.
  3. Acknowledgment: You will receive an acknowledgment within 24 hours.
  4. Processing: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

  • Full Name (as on account)
  • Order Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Phone number
  • Reason for cancellation/refund
  • Supporting documents (if applicable)

Note: Processing times are estimates and depend on your bank/payment provider. Sri Yojana Services processes refunds within 2 business days of approval.

Exceptions & Special Cases

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations under this policy if such failure is a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation.

Technical Errors

In case of technical errors resulting in duplicate charges or incorrect amounts, we will refund the excess amount immediately upon verification.

Fraudulent Transactions

If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may hold refunds pending investigation and report to appropriate authorities.
